Anyone may submit an application, and we review each and every potential affiliate web site before it is approved. We do reserve the right to not select a site for membership or revoke a site's membership at any time, at our discretion, if we deem it contains or links to objectionable material. Examples of objectionable material include: unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content, pornographic or sexually explicit materials, and discriminatory content. In addition, sites that violate our intellectual property rights or laws will not be accepted.

Currently, we offer a variety of text links and banners in various sizes which you can access on the Javvin web sites. After you are approved, you may login to your account and select the right types of links and banners for your site.

All links from your site to ours include a unique ID. This ID allows us to identify customers coming from your site and to credit you if they make a purchase. It is essential that all links on your site be created using the exact HTML code Javvin provided so that they are tracked correctly.

We will pay you a commission on all Qualifying Purchases (as defined in our Affiliate Agreement) that occur during a linked session from your site. The standard commission is 20%. Higher level commission is possible when you reach a certain sales threshold.

Commission rates will be based on the amount actually paid to Javvin for Qualifying Purchases, excluding sales taxes, duties, shipping, handling, and similar charges, amounts due to credit card charge, credit card fraud and bad debt, and credits for returned goods ("Net Sales"). Please note that product cancellations and merchandise returns will be deducted from gross sales.

Affiliate commissions will be calculated and paid out on the 20th day of each month for the sales of previous month.
Affiliates will receive a check (in U.S. dollars) for commissions owed. We may also send you the payment through Paypal, if you have a valid Paypal account.

We will be tracking return visitors for 60 days through the use of cookies. You will be compensated for any cookied purchases that occur within 60 days of the customer's initial visit to a Javvin site.

Javvin will send you a check monthly on the 20th day of the month if your account has a positive balance over $50 by the end of the previous month.

Yes. You and anyone you know can purchase via your site. All completed sales will result in commissions for you.

You can keep track of your site's performance in the Javvin affiliate interface. You will have a unique username and password to access the site following the acceptance of your web site into the Javvin affiliate program.

Report data will be updated each day with data through the previous day.
