BEDO DRAM: Burst EDO DRAM

BEDO DRAM, alson known as Burst EDO DRAM, can process four memory addresses in one burst. BEDO DRAM can only stay synchronized with the CPU clock for short periods (bursts) with buses run under 66 MHz.
